Rates
$250 for the first visit and $200 for 2022 per 45-minute follow up session
Insurance
I am not an in-network provider for any insurance
companies. However, many insurance companies have out-of-network
benefits. You can call your insurance company to find out if my
services will be reimbursed in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the
following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible for out-patient psychotherapy sessions and has it been met?
- What is the reimbursement rate for a licensed, doctoral level psychologist?
- Is pre-approval or pre-certification required after a certain number of visits?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis according to your
income, the availability of reimbursement, and frequency of sessions.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of services. Cash, check and
credit card are all accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy
appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you
will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
